Hey, I’m Abi—a mindset coach, social entrepreneur, and the founder of That Purple Place, where I help people navigate mindset, mental health, healing, and faith. My journey has taken me through philosophy, NLP, and change management, all of which fuel my passion for human behavior and transformation. I enjoy raising money for my local hospice St David’s whose work I value tremendously having cared for my friend Erin when she was dying from cancer. I’m also deeply committed to changing the narrative around death. After being an end-of-life carer for Erin, I founded Erin’s Angels, a soon to be charity dedicated to ensuring that no one dies alone. I’ve spoken on radio, attended global health summits, and conducted research to advocate for open, honest conversations about death and dying. Beyond that, I run Tiktoktastic with The Yes Life, where I help brands and individuals grow on TikTok with strategy, authenticity, and impact. On a personal note, I’m a wife, a mum to seven, and a firm believer that life—no matter how messy—is meant to be lived fully. Whether it’s through mindset coaching, social impact, or digital strategy, my mission is to empower people to show up for themselves and others in ways that truly matter.
