Influential Stars offers far more than simply providing a fundraising page. We personally support everyone involved, including Creators, Collaborators, UK registered charities and verified personal crowdfunders.

From the initial idea through to campaign completion, we provide guidance, personalised marketing materials and ongoing support. We also help manage the campaign process, winner selection and experience arrangements where applicable, so nobody is left to work everything out alone.

Our flexible, fully supported approach enables anyone with a BIG heart to raise funds and awareness for a cause that matters to them, with the Influential Stars team supporting them every step of the way.

We use “campaign” as a general term for the different activities hosted through Influential Stars to raise funds and awareness for a chosen cause.

Some campaigns are entry-based prize competitions, with both paid and free entry routes and a winner selected at random.

Others are donation-only Sponsored Events, where supporters donate to someone undertaking a challenge or activity. These campaigns do not include a prize or winner.

Influential Stars does not operate lotteries or raffles.

Our campaigns may include:

• Meet & Greet campaigns, where a randomly selected winner meets or joins the Creator.
• Exclusive Experience campaigns, where a randomly selected winner receives a selected experience.
• Sponsored Events, where a Creator undertakes a personal challenge or activity while raising donations for their chosen cause.

Each campaign page clearly explains what is being offered and whether it is entry-based or donation-only.

Campaigns can support UK registered charities and verified personal crowdfunders helping people affected by life-limiting conditions or life-changing circumstances.

Every cause and campaign is reviewed before it is approved and published on the Influential Stars website.

For every entry-based campaign, a minimum of 70% of the net profits is guaranteed to the chosen cause. This can increase to as much as 85% when the Creator and eligible Collaborator choose to pay forward their Thank You payments.

Every approved entry-based campaign also guarantees the cause a minimum donation of £50.

For every donation-only Sponsored Event, a fixed £25 card-processing contribution is deducted first. Of the remaining amount, 85% is donated to the chosen cause and 15% supports Influential Stars in operating and managing the campaign.

Once a campaign has closed and its figures have been confirmed, the final amount donated will be published in our Past Campaigns section. If you would like a more detailed explanation of our donation structure, please contact us.

Entry-based campaigns are open to eligible UK residents aged 18 or over.

To enter online, select the ticket option displayed on the campaign page and complete your purchase. The number of entries included will be clearly shown before checkout.

Every entry-based campaign also provides a free postal entry route, with no purchase required. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected, whether it was received through a ticket purchase or the free postal entry route.

Supporters outside the UK can still support the campaign, but they are not eligible to win. Any ticket purchase they make will be treated solely as a donation.

After an entry-based campaign closes, a winner is selected at random from all valid and eligible entries. The winner is contacted using the information provided with their entry.

Depending on the campaign, the winner may choose to:

• Accept and enjoy the advertised experience or Meet & Greet.
• Take a friend or guest where this is included in the prize.
• Gift the prize to another eligible person, subject to the campaign terms.
• Decline the prize and choose either for another eligible winner to be selected at random from the original campaign entries, or for the experience to be returned to Influential Stars and used as the prize in a future campaign supporting another approved cause.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, and its value cannot be added to the donation made to the cause.

If the person selected is outside the UK or otherwise ineligible, their contribution will remain a donation and another winner will be selected at random.

Yes. You can donate to a donation-only Sponsored Event, which does not include entries, a prize or a winner.

For entry-based campaigns, every ticket purchase is classed as a donation to the campaign and automatically includes entries for the advertised prize.

If you are selected as the winner, you may accept the prize, gift it to another eligible person, enjoy it with a friend where the prize allows, or decline it.

If you decline the prize, you can choose either for another eligible winner to be selected at random from the original campaign entries, or for the experience to be returned to Influential Stars and used as the prize in a future campaign supporting another approved cause.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or added to the donation made to the original cause.

Anyone with a BIG heart can become a Creator. You do not need to be a celebrity or have a minimum number of followers. If you are a UK resident aged 18 or over, you can register with no obligation to launch a campaign.

Creators can choose how they would like to take part:

• A Meet & Greet, where a randomly selected winner meets or joins the Creator for the advertised experience.
• An Exclusive Experience, where the winner enjoys the advertised experience—bringing a friend where the experience allows—without the Creator needing to attend or provide a Meet & Greet.
• A Sponsored Event, where the Creator undertakes a challenge or activity while supporters make donations, with no prize or winner.

The experience can be selected through our experience partners at Virgin Experience Days, or the Creator can propose their own unique experience.

Influential Stars provides support from start to finish, including campaign guidance and marketing materials. Security can also be provided upon request for Meet & Greets.

Once registered, you will have access to your Creator Portal, where you can explore the campaign options, activity funding and Creator Thank You information before deciding whether to go ahead.

Every registered Creator also automatically becomes a Collaborator, receiving their own referral link, QR code and personalised poster to help them nominate and introduce others.

For eligible entry-based campaigns, Creators may receive a 10% Creator Thank You from Influential Stars or choose to pay it forward to the chosen cause. Receiving a Creator Thank You never reduces the cause’s guaranteed minimum donation.

Becoming a Collaborator is a flexible way to support important causes, with no obligation to host your own campaign or make introductions.

You can nominate or introduce potential Creators, share your unique referral link or QR code, distribute posters or simply spread the word through your personal and professional connections. No minimum social-media following is required.

Influential Stars provides personalised marketing materials, step-by-step guidance and ongoing support.

Collaborators can receive a 5% Thank You from the first eligible entry-based campaign completed by each Creator they directly refer, with no limit on the number of Creators they can introduce.

A separate one-off £25 Thank You may also apply when a Collaborator they refer goes on to introduce a Creator who completes their first eligible campaign.

Collaborators can receive their Thank You or choose to pay it forward. These Thank Yous come from Influential Stars and never reduce the cause’s guaranteed minimum donation.

Once registered, Collaborators can access their Collaborator Portal, where they will find full information about referrals and Thank You payments.

Every registered Creator also automatically becomes a Collaborator.

UK registered charities and eligible personal crowdfunders supporting people affected by life-limiting conditions or life-changing circumstances can apply to become a registered cause with Influential Stars.

Please contact us and provide some information about the charity, crowdfunder or person seeking support. Our team will review the information and complete the relevant verification checks before the cause is approved.

Once registered, the cause can be featured on our website and supported through future Influential Stars campaigns.

Agents and Affiliate Partners are automatically classed as Collaborators when they register, so they do not need to register separately for both roles.

Agents can introduce clients with a BIG heart, while businesses, agencies, marketing teams, media organisations and professional networks can join as Affiliate Partners and use their connections to introduce potential Creators.

They can share their unique referral link, QR code and posters, promote opportunities or simply make introductions. They are not responsible for managing the Creator’s campaign—Influential Stars manages the campaign process and provides promotional materials, guidance and ongoing support.

Once registered, they will have access to their Collaborator Portal, where they can find their referral tools, templates, guidance and Thank You information.
