Tough To Talk

Tough to Talk is a UK charity dedicated to reducing male suicide and breaking the silence around men’s mental health. Many men struggle in silence due to stigma, societal expectations, and a lack of safe spaces to open up. Tough to Talk works to change that through positive action, offering life-saving resources, training, events, and compassionate support designed specifically with men in mind. Their mission is rooted in practical solutions — from awareness campaigns and community outreach to accredited suicide prevention training and powerful storytelling that encourages men to speak up and feel understood. Donations help Tough to Talk expand these vital services, subsidise specialist training in male-dominated environments, provide accessible mental health resources, and ensure more men and their communities have the tools, confidence, and support they need to stay safe and connected. By supporting Tough to Talk, you’re helping break barriers, save lives, and create a future where no man feels he has to struggle alone.
