Committed to enriching the lives of children and families grappling with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, the charity is dedicated to ensuring they receive optimal care and support, enabling them to cherish every precious moment together. Through advocacy and solidarity with these families and their caregivers, the organisation endeavours to enhance their quality of life and ensure compassionate end-of-life care.
Making an Impact
Through steadfast support and advocacy, the charity strives to effect positive change and profoundly impact the lives of children confronting life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. Over the past year, it provided emergency cost of living grants to 674 families, offering vital financial aid during challenging times. Moreover, £2.3 million was raised and distributed to support children's hospices, ensuring they have the necessary resources to deliver comprehensive care and services to those in need.

As a UK-based charity, the organisation collaborates directly with children and young people anticipated to have short lives, alongside working in partnership with its members to broaden its reach and influence. Through collective efforts, it aims to extend a lifeline of support and assistance to families navigating the complexities of caring for a child with a life-limiting condition, empowering them to savour every moment together and cherish the invaluable memories they create.
