Brain Tumour Research
Brain Tumour Research are a UK charity focused on finding a cure for ALL kinds of brain tumours, campaigning for increased funding into research.
Through their campaigning efforts, they are working tirelessly to increase the annual national spend on brain tumour research to £35 million. As currently, despite brain tumours being the leading cause of cancer-related deaths in children and adults under 40, only 1% of the national spend is dedicated to brain tumour research at present.
Additionally, they want to establish seven brain tumour research centres of excellence across the UK.
