3D Care

Based in Kent, 3D Care are a charity supporting the deaf community in and around Kent, Medway and surrounding areas. Led by deaf people, the charity uses their personal challenges and experiences to shape their work and make lasting change for others in similar circumstances. 

As a Community Interest Company, profits are dedicated to projects that support, empower and engage the deaf community. The charity works to provide support services for all ages – children, young people and adults. That can include peer support, workshops, access to necessary information and resources, as well as 1:1 coaching – everything is  planned and organised to meet individual needs.

They advocate for recognition and support for 3D Care from various sectors, including healthcare, education, and employment, by working closely with businesses, agencies and organisations to ensure 3D Care users have equal access to opportunities. This includes offering specialist courses and training programmes to individuals and professionals.

It’s all about encouraging independence, boosting confidence and improving accessibility for Deaf individuals, and educating and supporting those around them to promote inclusion and equality. 

3D Care are renowned for keeping the Deaf community at its core.
