Eight-year-old Jasmine is living with more than 30 health conditions caused by the devastating effects of brain tumour removal and treatment, including an acquired brain injury, scoliosis, chronic fatigue, left-sided weakness and the loss of her independent mobility. Her family hopes to raise £5,200 for a self-propelled wheelchair that would give Jasmine back a small but deeply meaningful part of her independence. Once £5,200 has been secured for Jasmine’s wheelchair across her GoFundMe and two current Influential Stars campaigns, any further net proceeds from these three fundraisers will support six-year-old Partaap who has an extremely rare, terminal, neurodegenerative disease called Juvenile ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), also known as MND (motor neuron disease).

Hi, I’m Maya, a mum to two football-mad boys and an independent travel agent with a passion for helping people create unforgettable memories. Whether it is a family holiday, staycation, day out or business trip, I love helping people plan experiences they will remember. I am now using my travel business to raise vital funds for Jasmine, a brave eight-year-old girl receiving palliative care following a five-year journey with a brain tumour. My goal is to bring people together through travel and fundraising to make a genuine difference. Every booking, share and donation can help turn travel into hope and make a positive impact for Jasmine and her family.
Before cancer changed her life, Jasmine was a healthy, active little girl who loved running around, helping others, cooking and planting in the garden. Today, at just eight years old, she is receiving palliative care and living with several serious health conditions caused by her tumour and its treatment.
These include an acquired brain injury known as Posterior Fossa Syndrome, scoliosis with a 36 degree curvature of her spine, left sided weakness, chronic fatigue and the loss of her independent mobility. Jasmine can no longer bear weight and relies entirely on other people to move her.
She has also experienced daily vomiting for the past five years, sometimes as many as 30 times in one day, because of nerve damage and the lasting trauma of the relentless medical procedures she has endured. Jasmine is unable to swallow and requires help clearing her secretions every few minutes, meaning she must always be accompanied by a parent or medically trained carer.
Her family is now focusing on one clear and urgent goal, raising £5,200 for a self propelled wheelchair that would transform Jasmine’s everyday life.
Jasmine’s current wheelchair does not allow her to move independently. Wherever it is positioned, she must remain there until somebody moves her. If she drops a pen or toy, she has to wait for someone to pick it up.
Following an assessment supported by her community physiotherapist, Motus Medical recommended a self propelled wheelchair costing £5,200. This would allow Jasmine to move around suitable spaces by herself and regain a small but deeply meaningful part of her independence.
Her outdoor wheelchair must carry five pieces of essential medical equipment, making independent movement impractical. A separate self propelled chair would therefore give Jasmine freedom in the places where it can be used safely. Her lack of independence is already affecting her mental health, and this chair could make an enormous difference.
Despite everything she faces, Jasmine remains a popular and much loved member of her school community. Her family is determined to help her continue attending school for as long as possible and to give her greater independence, dignity and happiness for as long as they can.
By choosing to support Jasmine through an Influential Stars campaign, Creators and Collaborators can help fund a wheelchair that would have an immediate and meaningful impact on her everyday life.
What will happen if more than £5,200 is raised?
The first £5,200 secured across Jasmine’s GoFundMe and her two current Influential Stars campaigns will be used to fund the self-propelled wheelchair recommended for her.
Once the full £5,200 needed for Jasmine’s wheelchair has been secured, any further net proceeds raised through these three fundraisers will support six-year-old Partaap from the West Midlands.
Partaap has recently been diagnosed with Metachromatic Leukodystrophy, also known as MLD, an extremely rare, terminal, neurodegenerative disease called Juvenile ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), also known as MND (motor neuron disease). His family has been told that his care is palliative, but they are raising £1 million to pursue a potential experimental treatment identified through their own research. Partaap will also have his own dedicated Influential Stars page, where his family’s story, fundraising target and proposed treatment can be explained fully.
The decision to support Partaap is being made in loving memory of Jasmine’s good friend Logan, affectionately known as “Ironman”.
During the first three years following Jasmine’s diagnosis, she spent long periods receiving treatment at Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham, Leicester Royal Infirmary and hospitals in Manchester. Jasmine, Logan and their families shared hospital bays for extended periods and formed a very special friendship.
Logan was also living with MLD. He sadly died a little over a year ago during his first and final stay at Rainbows Hospice, where Jasmine was staying that same weekend. Supporting Partaap is a meaningful way for Jasmine’s family to honour Logan and the friendship their families shared.
Jasmine’s mum, Aneeta, hopes that everything she learns through Influential Stars can be used not only to support Jasmine, but also to help other families caring for seriously ill children. If Influential Stars can contribute towards advancing potential treatments and giving another child hope, Jasmine’s family wants to do everything it can to help.

Influential Stars Campaign Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 28 October 2026
By entering a campaign run by Influential Stars (the “Promoter”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Promoter
The promoter is: Influential Stars Ltd, Company Number 14974733 and whose registered office is at Office 7, 35-37 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7JN.
Our correspondence address is Office 7, 35-37 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7JN.
If you wish to contact us for any reason, please email stars@influentialstars.org or call us on 0207 078 9413.
2. The campaign
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all entry-based prize campaigns listed on the Influential Stars website at www.influentialstars.org (the “Website”). Entry-based campaigns give eligible participants the opportunity to win a prize or experience in accordance with the rules set out in these terms and conditions. Donation-only Sponsored Events do not involve prize entries or winner selection and are not subject to these prize competition terms.
2.2 The Promoter may offer different types of entry-based prize campaigns, with the applicable prize, entry price and conditions displayed on the relevant campaign page. Entrants may participate by purchasing entries online or by using the free postal entry route described in Clause 3.11, subject to the eligibility requirements and any entry limits applicable to the campaign. No purchase is necessary when entering through the free postal entry route.
2.3 All entry-based campaigns operated by Influential Stars are prize draws in which eligible Entrants have the opportunity to win a prize through a random selection process. No competition question, puzzle or skill-based challenge is required to enter. Entrants may participate by purchasing entries online or by using the free postal entry route described in Clause 3.11. Both methods of entry are included in the same random draw and have an equal chance of winning, subject to the eligibility requirements and any applicable entry limits.
3. How to enter
3.1. The campaign will run from and including the opening and closing dates specified on the Website. These dates shall be referred to as the "Opening Date" and "Closing Date" respectively. All times and dates referred to are the times and dates in London, England.
3.2. If it is absolutely necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates. If the Promoter does change the Opening Date and/or the Closing Date of a campaign, the new details will be displayed on the Website. The Promoter will not extend the Closing Date simply to sell more entries.
3.3. All campaign entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the specified time on the Closing Date. All campaign entries received after the specified time on the Closing Date are automatically disqualified and no refunds will be given.
3.4 If there is a maximum number of entries to a campaign, this will be stated on the Website. The number of entries you are able to make may be limited if the maximum number of entries is reached.
3.5. Entrants can enter the campaign as many times as they wish until either the maximum number of entries have been received or any maximum number of entries per Entrant has been reached. Entrants submitting free entries must submit each entry separately. Bulk entries, if received, will not be accepted and will only be counted as one single entry.
3.6 Supporters may participate in Influential Stars campaigns using guest checkout or by registering an account. Registration is optional.
For Meet & Greet and Exclusive Experience campaigns, eligible Entrants may purchase entries online or use the free postal entry route described in Clause 3.11. Sponsored Events are donation-only and do not involve entries or winner selection.
A Creator or another person may assist a supporter in participating in a campaign, including completing the online checkout and making payment using their own bank card.
Where someone participates on behalf of a supporter, the supporter must have authorised them to do so. The supporter's own full name, personal email address and contact telephone number must be provided. These details must not be replaced by the Creator's details or associated with the Creator's account.
The person making payment does not become the Entrant or acquire any entitlement to a prize simply by paying on someone else's behalf.
All valid paid and free postal entries into entry-based campaigns will be included in the same random selection process and have an equal chance of winning, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements and entry limits.
3.7. All entries must be submitted in the English language. Entries in languages other than English will automatically be disqualified and no refund will be given.
3.8 Where an Entrant purchases entries online, the Promoter will send confirmation that the entries and payment have been received and successfully processed. Entrants using the free postal entry route will not receive an individual acknowledgement or confirmation of receipt, in accordance with Clause 3.11(h). All valid entries received before the Closing Date will be included in the random draw, subject to the eligibility requirements and any applicable entry limits.
3.9. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for campaign entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
3.10 By submitting an entry to a campaign, whether through the paid online entry route or the free postal entry route, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and enter into an agreement with the Promoter in respect of your participation in the campaign.
3.11 You may enter the campaign for free by complying with the following conditions:
(a) Send your entry by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address: Office 7, 35-37 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7JN;
(b) Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw;
(c) Include with your entry the following information, which must accurately identify the Entrant and match any existing account details where an account is registered:
(i) The name or details of the campaign you wish to enter;
(ii) Your full name;
(iii) Your address;
(iv) A contact telephone number and email address.
(d) Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
(e) You may make multiple free entries for any campaign (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter), but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and, if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;
(f) By entering the campaign, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
(g) Your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. Proof of posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the random draw;
(h) The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry;
(i) If the number of entries received reaches any cap or limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw.
4. Choosing a winner
4.1 All valid entries received through either the paid online entry route or the free postal entry route will be included in the same random draw, subject to the eligibility requirements and any applicable entry limits. Every valid entry will have an equal chance of winning, regardless of the method of entry. The winner will be selected at random immediately following the campaign's Closing Date wherever reasonably possible and, in any event, within 48 hours of the Closing Date (the “Draw Date”). The draw may be conducted by the participating Creator or by Influential Stars on their behalf, using an agreed fair and transparent random selection process.
4.2 All valid Entrants will have their names and entry numbers recorded for inclusion in the random prize draw. Entrants acknowledge that their names and entry numbers will be visible during the winner selection process, including where the draw is broadcast LIVE, recorded or shared publicly. This is a necessary part of the Influential Stars winner selection process and applies equally to paid online entries and free postal entries. Personal information such as postal addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and payment details will not be publicly displayed as part of the draw. By entering a campaign, Entrants acknowledge and accept that their names and entry numbers will be visible during the winner selection process.
4.3 For help with entries, please contact us on 0207 078 9413 or email us at stars@influentialstars.org.
5. Eligibility
5.1 The campaign is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, including employees, volunteers, contractors and other team members of Influential Stars, together with their immediate families and households. All eligible entries are treated equally and included in the same automated random winner-selection process, regardless of any association with Influential Stars. No individual can manually choose or influence the winning entry.
5.2. By entering the campaign, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the campaign and claim the prize. If you fail to provide the Promoter with any such proof or other information that they may require within a reasonable time, you may be disqualified from the campaign.
5.3. The Promoter will not accept campaign entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer; or
(b) incomplete.
5.4. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the campaign. This includes if you are rude or abusive to the Promoter or anyone associated with them.
5.5. No refunds of the entry fee will be given in any event, including;
(a) if, following your entry into the campaign, you subsequently find out that you are not eligible to enter the campaign or claim the Prize;
(b) if, following your entry into the campaign the eligibility criteria for entering the campaign or claiming the Prize changes and you are no longer eligible; or
(c) if you are disqualified from the campaign by the Promoter for any reason.
5.6. If the Entrant engages in:
(a) any form of fraud (actual or apparent);
(b) fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) fraudulent concealment;
(d) hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the Website; or
(e) amending, or unauthorised use of, any of the code that constitutes the website
All of their entries will be declared void, no refunds will be given and they may be prevented from participating in any future campaigns.
6. The prize
6.1. The prize for each campaign is described on the Website (the “Prize”). Details of the Prize are, to the best of the Promoter’s knowledge, information and belief, correct as at the Opening Date.
6.2 Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a Prize of equal or greater value. If any details of the Prize change, the Promoter will endeavour to update the Website as soon as reasonably possible.
6.3 The Promoter makes no representations and gives no warranties about the Prize, its value, its condition or any other information provided on the Website. The Promoter makes no representations and gives no warranties that the information provided on the Website is accurate, complete or up to date.
6.4. The Prize may be supplied by a third-party supplier (the “Supplier”). Details of the Supplier (if any) will be provided on the Website. Any complaints or other issues relating to a Prize supplied by the Supplier should be directed to that Supplier. The Promoter shall use its reasonable endeavours to help resolve any complaints or issues but this is ultimately the responsibility of the Supplier and the Promoter accepts no responsibility in this respect.
6.5 Influential Stars does not offer cash prizes or cash alternatives under any circumstances. All prizes must be awarded in accordance with the advertised campaign prize description, subject to the provisions concerning prize availability and substitution set out in Clause 6.2. Winners cannot request or receive a cash payment in place of their prize.
6.6 Prizes are not transferable without the prior written agreement of Influential Stars.
Once a winner has been officially notified and their eligibility verified, they may choose to:
(a) Accept and enjoy the advertised prize or experience themselves;
(b) Request to gift the prize or experience to another person, subject to Influential Stars' approval, the experience provider's terms and conditions, and any applicable eligibility, age or safety requirements; or
(c) Voluntarily return the prize or experience to Influential Stars so that, where possible, it may be used to support another family, individual or charitable cause.
Any alternative arrangements must be agreed and coordinated by Influential Stars.
Winners are not entitled to receive a cash payment, refund or financial equivalent in exchange for gifting or returning a prize.
7. Winners
7.1. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
7.2 The Promoter will contact the selected winner personally as soon as reasonably practicable following the Draw Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with their campaign entry.
The selected winner will have 14 days from the Draw Date to respond and claim their Prize, subject to the eligibility and verification requirements of these Terms and Conditions.
Where the selected winner responds within the permitted timeframe and is successfully verified, they may choose one of the options set out in Clause 6.6.
Where the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the permitted timeframe, is ineligible or fails to complete the required verification, the Promoter reserves the right to select another eligible winner through a further random draw of the remaining valid entries received before the Closing Date.
A verified winner's voluntary decision to return a prize to Influential Stars under Clause 6.6 will not automatically require a redraw, provided the alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed and is permitted by applicable law.
7.3. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will either publish the surname and county of major prize winners on the Website or send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who writes to the address set out in clause 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the campaign.
7.4 Entrants who wish to protect their privacy may use a preferred name or alternative display name when entering a campaign, provided they supply accurate and current contact information, including their email address, so Influential Stars can contact them if they win. Winners are identified using their unique entry ticket number, and the name displayed during the draw does not determine their eligibility to claim the Prize. Winners may be required to provide their full legal name and proof of identity privately to verify their eligibility before receiving their Prize. Once a winner has been confirmed, Influential Stars will request their permission before publishing their name, photograph, social media details or other personal information in promotional announcements. Declining promotional publicity will not affect their entitlement to the Prize. Where required under applicable advertising rules, limited winner information may still be made available or provided to the Advertising Standards Authority in accordance with Clause 7.3.
8. Claiming the prize
8.1 The selected winner must personally respond to Influential Stars and complete any required eligibility and identity verification before the Prize can be claimed.
Following verification, the winner may accept the Prize, request to gift it to another person, or voluntarily return it to Influential Stars, in accordance with Clause 6.6.
A third party cannot claim the Prize on behalf of an unverified winner. Any approved gifting or alternative arrangements must be coordinated through Influential Stars.
Details of how the Prize will be delivered or made available will be provided in accordance with the relevant campaign prize description and any applicable supplier terms.
8.2 Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details associated with their campaign entries, including their email address and telephone number, are accurate and kept up to date. If your contact details change, you must notify Influential Stars as soon as reasonably possible by emailing stars@influentialstars.org, quoting the relevant campaign and your entry ticket number where available. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to use the most recently verified contact information when notifying winners. Entrants may be required to provide proof of identity to verify ownership of a winning entry before a Prize is awarded.
8.3 Prizes awarded through Influential Stars are non-cash prizes and experiences, as described in the relevant campaign prize description. Winners are not entitled to exchange their prize for cash or request any cash payment in place of the advertised prize. Where a prize becomes unavailable, Influential Stars may provide an alternative non-cash prize of equal or greater value in accordance with Clause 6.2.
8.4. The Winner may be required to purchase insurance prior to participating in any event or experience. The Promoter will endeavour to notify all Entrants of this requirement and the likely cost of the insurance at the time of entry to the campaign by including this information in the prize description. However, all Entrants acknowledge and accept that this information may not be available to the Promoter at the time of entry, and it may change prior to the Winner accepting the Prize and attending the event or experience. If the Winner does not purchase any required insurance they may be prevented from participating in the event or experience.
8.5. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable to pay any compensation if you are unable to or do not take up the prize for any reason, including if you do not purchase any insurance required for you to participate in the event or experience.
9. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The Promoter is not responsible for and accepts no liability for any actions or omissions of any celebrity or influencer who is involved in the campaign or the provision of the Prize.
10. Data protection and publicity
10.1. By entering the campaign, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the campaign entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the campaign or as otherwise set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy https://influentialstars.org/privacy-policy/, a copy of which is available on the Website.
10.2 If you are selected as a winner, the Promoter may contact you to request your permission to announce your win and share your name, image or other personal details in promotional materials, including on social media. Your participation in promotional activities is voluntary, and your consent will be obtained before such materials are published. Refusing promotional consent will not affect your entitlement to a validly awarded prize. This does not prevent the Promoter from publishing or making available limited winner information where required under applicable advertising rules, subject to the provisions of Clauses 7.3 and 7.4.
10.3 Winners are not required to participate in publicity or promotional activities as a condition of receiving their prize. If you are selected as a winner, Influential Stars will give you the opportunity to confirm whether you consent to your name, image or other personal details being used in promotional materials. Declining this consent will not affect your entitlement to the prize. However, Influential Stars may still be required to provide limited winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or otherwise demonstrate that a valid prize award has taken place, in accordance with applicable advertising rules and Clauses 7.3 and 7.4.
10.4 If you are selected as a winner, the Promoter may require you to provide additional personal information and proof of identity to verify your eligibility and arrange the delivery or fulfilment of your Prize. This information will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Providing information reasonably necessary for verification and prize fulfilment is a condition of claiming the Prize. If you fail to provide the required information within a reasonable period, the Promoter may determine that you are unable to claim the Prize and may select another eligible winner in accordance with Clause 7.2. Consent to optional promotional publicity is separate and is not required to claim a Prize.
10.5 Entrants have rights concerning their personal information under applicable data protection laws, as explained in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from Influential Stars at any time without affecting your existing campaign entries or eligibility to win. If you request the deletion of personal information that is necessary to administer your entries, verify your eligibility or contact you if you win, the Promoter will explain whether the request can be fulfilled and how it may affect your participation, subject to applicable legal obligations and permitted data retention requirements. Where an Entrant chooses to withdraw from a campaign, any refund entitlement will be determined in accordance with the applicable terms and statutory rights. Declining optional publicity or marketing communications does not automatically disqualify an Entrant or cause them to forfeit a Prize.
11. General
11.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version of these terms and conditions will be available on the Website.
11.2. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the campaign and any future campaigns.
11.3. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize campaign where it becomes necessary to do so. There is no minimum number of entries and the Promoter will not hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize campaign due to a lack of entries.

(a) Send your entry by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address: Office 7, 35-37 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7JN;
(b) Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw;
(c) Include with your entry the following information, which must accurately identify the Entrant and match any existing account details where an account is registered:
(i) The name or details of the campaign you wish to enter;
(ii) Your full name;
(iii) Your address;
(iv) A contact telephone number and email address.
(d) Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
(e) You may make multiple free entries for any campaign (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter), but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and, if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;
(f) By entering the campaign, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
(g) Your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. Proof of posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the random draw;
(h) The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry;
5.5. No refunds of the entry fee will be given in any event, including;
(a) if, following your entry into the campaign, you subsequently find out that you are not eligible to enter the campaign or claim the Prize;
(b) if, following your entry into the campaign the eligibility criteria for entering the campaign or claiming the Prize changes and you are no longer eligible; or
(c) if you are disqualified from the campaign by the Promoter for any reason.
5.6. If the Entrant engages in:
(a) any form of fraud (actual or apparent);
(b) fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) fraudulent concealment;
(a) Accept and enjoy the advertised prize or experience themselves;
11.4. The campaigns on the Website are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. By entering the campaigns, Entrants agree that Facebook has no liability and is not responsible for the administration or promotion of the campaigns.
11.5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.6. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions and keep them for your records.
